In Zombie Fever you are trapped in a Shopping Mall filled with flesh eating zombies. Try to eliminate them all from each floor and escape the mall. Change weapons with the 1-7 digits. Use the Z key to pick up a health kit and enter an elevator. Use the X key to use a health kit.
